Do you know when the cloud is not working, easy is when you try to connect and you get no connection, like in 4square or you try to update something in Plaxo and takes 4ever.
This is the biggest problems in Brazil, the poor network coverage, combined with the poor network performance and the ever increasing traffic demand, if it doesn't work well in the US, how can we fix this in Brazil?
